HARD WARE
Make “Preventive Maintenance” Visit 3 times for the year and carryout Functions Test by performing & complete fault finding procedure
Clean & Remove dust Inside & Outside the Of the equipments
SOFT WARE
Solve Problems relating to standard software packages.
Effect modifications to standard software packages if requested by customer.
Keep customer Advised of latest developments in standard software packages and from them installs whatever software Customer desires.
Installation of “Latest Virus Scanning”

Solid Hard / Net Systm Services will be provided on all regular working days Monday to Friday betweem 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Our Technicians will be responsed within 4 Hours after receiving the customer’s call.

b) On call Maintenance Scheme |
|
If the client does not enter into an Agreement the maintenance problems will be effected on on-call basis. Inspection & Engineering Charges based on the visits & the Job has done.
